Improper diet and lack of exercise have also been linked to the development of a tonsil stone. People who are overweight and do not provide their body with sufficient exercise have been known to suffer from white spots on tonsils more often. Lack of personal hygiene; yes I mentioned earlier that even though you may perform proper oral hygiene you may still develop tonsil stones.
